1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or downloading any digital product from Level Up Etiquette LLC, doing business as The Prepared Intern ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not complete your purchase.

2. Products and Services

We offer the following through our website:

• Digital Products. We sell digital templates and downloadable files ("Products") through our Gumroad storefront. All Products are delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped as part of a digital Product purchase.
• Bulk book orders. Visitors may submit an inquiry through our bulk orders form to request pricing and availability for bulk copies of The Prepared Intern. The form is an inquiry only — no purchase or contract is formed by submitting the form. Any subsequent order, invoicing, and fulfillment is handled by separate written communication.
• The Prepared Intern Employer Program. Visitors may submit an inquiry through our employer program early-access form to request information about our on-demand training for internship programs. The form is an inquiry only — no purchase or contract is formed by submitting the form. Any subsequent enrollment, pricing, and delivery is handled by separate written communication.

3. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to use the Product for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Product with others
• Use the Product to create items for resale or commercial distribution
• Claim ownership or authorship of the original Product files
• Transfer your license to another person or entity

4. Intellectual Property

All Products, including their design, structure, and content, are the intellectual property of Level Up Etiquette LLC. Purchase of a Product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a purchase has been completed and the file has been delivered. Please review all product descriptions, previews, and any FAQs carefully before purchasing.

If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us at lindsay@thepreparedintern.com and we will work to resolve it promptly.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Products will meet your specific requirements or that they will be error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Level Up Etiquette LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our Products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Privacy Policy

1. Overview

• Netlify — hosts our website and processes bulk order form submissions. Submitted form data is stored on Netlify's servers and forwarded to our email.
• Our email provider — receives bulk order inquiries and other messages at lindsay@thepreparedintern.com so we can reply.
